Since starting her career in Real Estate 11 years ago, Alanna has progressed from being a Receptionist through to the Office Manager, and with her approachable nature and can do spirit she runs an office with integrity and professionalism. Alanna is always willing to lend a hand and get involved to get the job done and no duty is below her.

In her role, Alanna provides assistance to all team members, however the majority of her time is allocated to assisting the sales team in all facets of sales administration. An avid believer in good customer service, it is Alanna’s responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and team adherence to office policies and procedures and industry best practice.

Alanna still strives to improve her knowledge and excellent service. She thoroughly enjoys watching and helping sales people transform into sales professionals and this continues to be the daily driving force for further excellence.
